Additionally, www.destinationeventspb.com, KarenKaye Enterprises LLC ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier”.
Shipping & Delivery
“The estimated delivery time is based on the seller's handling time, the shipping service selected, and when the seller receives cleared payment. Sellers are not responsible for shipping service transit times. Transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods”.
Shipping charges are based on quantity, weight, dimensions, packing materials, and handling of the merchandise. All our merchandise is shipped USPS Standard Delivery unless USPS Priority or Express Mail, UPS, or Federal Express mail is requested. Orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for Standard delivery.
Standard Delivery
Please allow 48 hours processing time for all in-stock orders plus production times for personalized and kit items.
- Orders placed with standard delivery are shipped via Ground transportation. They will arrive in 5 to 7 business days after processing.
2-Day Express
Please allow the stated production time for personalized and kit items
- Orders placed by 3 p.m. Eastern Time will arrive in 2 business days.
- Orders placed after 3 p.m. Eastern Time will arrive in 3 business days.
Next Day Delivery
Please allow the stated production time for personalized and kit items
- Orders placed by 3 p.m. Eastern Time will arrive the next business day.
- Orders placed after 3 p.m. Eastern Time will arrive in 2 business days.

Orders To APO/FPO Mailing Addresses
Orders shipped to an APO or FPO address will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Use standard shipping charges in the chart above.
Orders to U.S. Territory Mailing Addresses
Orders shipped to a U.S. Territory address will be charged at International Rates.
For Our Friends In Canada
To determine your shipping charges to Canada, please refer to the 2-Day Express shipping charges column in the chart above. (Please note that 2-day shipping does not apply to orders to Canada – the price is simply the same.) Allow 2-3 days for customs clearance plus 4-7 days for delivery.
